Reflections on Grace

Reflections on Grace

From our church bulletin today.

O to grace how great a debtor
Daily I’m constrained to be!
Let that grace, Lord, like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to Thee.
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it,
Prone to leave the God i love;
Take my heart, O, take and seal it,
Seal it from Thy courts above!

  1. Robert Robinson

Everything is of grace in the Christina life from the very beginning to the very end.
D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones

The saved are singled out not by their own merits, but by the grace of the Mediator.
– Marin Luther

The truth of grace humbles a man without degrading him, and exalts him without inflating him.

  1. Charles Hodge

Knowledge is but folly unless it is guided by grace.
George Herbert
